CANCELLATION – REFUND CONDITIONS
GENERAL:
By placing an order electronically via the website you are using, you are deemed to have accepted the pre-contractual information form and the distance selling agreement provided to you.
Purchasers are subject to the provisions of Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers and the Distance Contracts Regulation (RG: 27.11.2014/29188) and other applicable laws regarding the sale and delivery of the products they purchase.
Shipping costs for product delivery shall be paid by the purchasers.
Each purchased product will be delivered to the person and/or organization at the address indicated by the buyer within a legal period not exceeding 30 days. If the product is not delivered within this period, buyers may terminate the contract.
The purchased product must be delivered complete and in accordance with the specifications indicated in the order, along with any warranty certificates, user manuals, and other relevant documents.
If it becomes impossible to sell the purchased product, the seller must notify the buyer in writing within 3 days of learning of this situation. The total amount must also be refunded to the Buyer within 14 days.
IF THE PURCHASED PRODUCT IS NOT PAID FOR:
If the buyer does not pay for the purchased product or cancels the payment in the bank records, the seller’s obligation to deliver the product ends.
PURCHASES MADE WITH UNAUTHORIZED USE OF A CREDIT CARD:
If, after the product has been delivered, it is determined that the credit card used by the Buyer for payment has been fraudulently used by unauthorized persons and the price of the product sold is not paid to the Seller by the relevant bank or financial institution, the Buyer must return the product subject to the contract to the Seller within 3 days, with the shipping costs borne by the Seller.
IF THE PRODUCT CANNOT BE DELIVERED ON TIME DUE TO UNFORESEEN CIRCUMSTANCES:
If unforeseeable circumstances arise that prevent the Seller from delivering the product on time, the Buyer will be notified. The Buyer may request cancellation of the order, replacement with a similar product, or postponement of delivery until the obstacle is removed. If the Buyer cancels the order, the payment will be refunded in cash within 14 days of cancellation if the payment was made in cash. If the Buyer made the payment by credit card and cancels the order, the product price will be refunded to the bank within 14 days of cancellation, but it may take 2–3 weeks for the bank to transfer the amount to the Buyer’s account.
BUYER’S OBLIGATION TO INSPECT THE PRODUCT:
The buyer shall inspect the goods/services subject to the contract before accepting delivery; they shall not accept delivery of damaged or defective goods/services, such as those that are dented, broken, or have torn packaging, from the shipping company. The goods/services received shall be deemed undamaged and intact. The BUYER must carefully protect the goods/services after delivery. If the right of withdrawal is to be exercised, the goods/services must not be used. The invoice must also be returned with the product.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL:
The BUYER may exercise their right of withdrawal from the contract by rejecting the goods without assuming any legal or criminal liability and without giving any reason, provided that they notify the SELLER within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of delivery of the purchased product to themselves or to the person/institution at the address indicated, using the contact details below.

WITHDRAWAL PERIOD:
If the purchased item is a service, this 14-day period begins on the date the contract is signed. The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised in service contracts where the performance of the service has begun with the consumer’s consent before the withdrawal period expires.
The costs arising from the exercise of the right of withdrawal shall be borne by the SELLER.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the BUYER must notify the SELLER in writing by registered mail, fax, or email within 14 (fourteen) days, and the product must not have been used in accordance with the provisions of “Products for Which the Right of Withdrawal Cannot Be Exercised” set forth in this contract.
EXERCISE OF THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL:
The invoice for the product delivered to a third party or the BUYER (if the invoice for the product to be returned is corporate, it must be sent together with the return invoice issued by the company when returning the product. Returns for orders with invoices issued in the name of companies cannot be completed unless a RETURN INVOICE is issued).
The return form, the box of the products to be returned, the packaging, and any standard accessories must be delivered complete and undamaged.
RETURN POLICY:
The SELLER is obligated to refund the total amount and any documents that place the BUYER under debt to the BUYER within 10 days of receiving the notice of withdrawal and to accept the return of the goods within 20 days.
If the value of the goods decreases due to a fault attributable to the BUYER or if the return becomes impossible, the BUYER is obliged to compensate the SELLER for the damages in proportion to the fault. However, the BUYER is not responsible for changes and deterioration arising from the proper use of the goods or products within the withdrawal period.
If the use of the right of withdrawal causes the amount of the campaign organized by the SELLER to fall below the limit, the discount amount benefited from within the scope of the campaign shall be canceled.
PRODUCTS FOR WHICH THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL CANNOT BE EXERCISED:
Underwear, swimwear bottoms, makeup products, single-use products, goods that are likely to deteriorate quickly or have an expired expiration date, which are prepared at the request of the BUYER or in accordance with their specific personal needs and are not suitable for return. Products that are not suitable for return for health and hygiene reasons once the packaging has been opened by the BUYER after delivery, products that have been mixed with other products after delivery and cannot be separated due to their nature, Goods related to periodicals such as newspapers and magazines, except those provided under a subscription agreement, Services performed immediately in an electronic environment or intangible goods delivered immediately to the consumer, as well as sound or image recordings, books, digital content, software programs, data recording and storage devices, computer consumables, cannot be returned if their packaging has been opened by the BUYER, in accordance with the Regulation. Furthermore, it is not possible to exercise the right of withdrawal for services whose performance has begun with the consumer’s consent before the withdrawal period expires, in accordance with the Regulation.
Cosmetics and personal care products, underwear, swimwear, books, copyable software and programs, DVDs, VCDs, CDs, and cassettes, as well as stationery supplies (toner, cartridges, ribbons, etc.) can only be returned if their packaging is unopened, unused, undamaged, and unused.
DEFAULT AND LEGAL CONSEQUENCES
If the BUYER defaults on payment made by credit card, they accept, declare, and undertake to pay interest within the framework of the credit card agreement between them and the cardholder bank and to be liable to the bank. In this case, the relevant bank may take legal action; it may claim the resulting expenses and attorney’s fees from the BUYER, and in any case, if the BUYER defaults due to their debt, the BUYER agrees to pay the damage and loss incurred by the SELLER due to the delayed performance of the debt.
