Thanks to the south-east­er­ly slope and the crys­tal-clear still water of the sur­round­ing moun­tains, fruits and spices thrive excel­lent­ly here. Our Plants

We grow the most sus­tain­able avo­ca­dos in the world. They are care­ful­ly grown strict­ly using sus­tain­able farm­ing prac­tices, ensur­ing they are free from syn­thet­ic pes­ti­cides and chem­i­cals. We offer a selec­tion of the finest avo­ca­do vari­eties, each with its own unique taste and tex­ture:

  • Hass – Rich and but­tery
  • Bacon – Mild and creamy
  • Reed – Large and ultra-creamy

We use our olives to pro­duce var­i­ous oils and essences that ener­gise body and soul. With their high con­tent of vit­a­mins and antiox­i­dants such as vit­a­mins A, C, E and beta-carotene, they not only help to give our body a vital appear­ance but also sup­port the immune sys­tem.

Due to our tra­di­tion­al and care­ful har­vest­ing by hand, our olive trees are par­tic­u­lar­ly healthy and thank us with good yields from Octo­ber onwards.

Oranges are sim­ply part of the region’s land­scape. It is impos­si­ble to imag­ine Antalya with­out its many orange trees. Our trees grow on sun­ny slopes and are incred­i­bly juicy and full of flavour. When it gets a lit­tle cold­er, they are a won­der­ful addi­tion to the nutri­tion and sta­bilise the body’s nat­ur­al defences.

Herbs form nat­ur­al sym­bios­es with var­i­ous fruits. It is there­fore only log­i­cal that we have var­i­ous types of herbs grow­ing on our fields and hill­sides. Rose­mary and avo­ca­do, for exam­ple, get along par­tic­u­lar­ly well and help each oth­er with impor­tant nutri­ents. Heal­ing herbs attract bees with their scent and thus help to pol­li­nate our trees.

We also process our herbs in var­i­ous prod­ucts — dis­cov­er their vital­is­ing pow­er for your­self.

We grow var­i­ous types of cit­rus fruit and use these yel­low vit­a­min bombs for var­i­ous pur­pos­es all over the year.

Our pick­led home-made salt­ed lemons stand out in par­tic­u­lar. Refined with var­i­ous herbs and float­ing in their own juice, they pro­vide a sus­tain­able and long-last­ing addi­tion to the menu at any time of year.

Fresh­ly squeezed pom­me­gran­ate juice is sim­ply part of Turkey. You can taste this spe­cial­i­ty on many street cor­ners.

The trees that grow in our gar­dens pro­duce real juice grenades that we offer our guests for tast­ing. But we also use this spe­cial fruit for oth­er pur­pos­es and pro­duce sus­tain­able heal­ing and care prod­ucts with it. Pom­me­gran­ate is a treat­ment of sev­er­al types of can­cer, car­dio­vas­cu­lar dis­ease, osteoarthri­tis, rheuma­toid arthri­tis, and oth­er dis­eases.

Farm­ing for over 2000 years
The West­ern Tau­rus Moun­tains are a haven for bio­di­ver­si­ty. Tow­er­ing cedar, pine, and juniper forests blan­ket the slopes, pro­vid­ing shel­ter to a vari­ety of wildlife. Among the dense foliage, you might spot the elu­sive Ana­to­lian leop­ard, wild goats deft­ly scal­ing cliffs, or a red fox dart­ing through the under­brush. Bird­watch­ers will be delight­ed by sight­ings of rap­tors, col­or­ful Euro­pean rollers, and the majes­tic gold­en eagle. In spring, wild­flow­ers like orchids and cro­cus­es trans­form the mead­ows into vibrant tapes­tries, while aro­mat­ic herbs like thyme and oregano fill the air with their scents.
A Geo­log­i­cal Mas­ter­piece
The West­ern Tau­rus Moun­tains emerged over mil­lions of years through the col­li­sion of the African and Eurasian tec­ton­ic plates. This pow­er­ful force pushed ancient seabeds upward, cre­at­ing the rugged lime­stone peaks and deep gorges that define the region today. Rich in karst for­ma­tions, under­ground rivers, and hid­den caves, this region offers an excep­tion­al geo­log­i­cal won­der­land. Vis­i­tors can mar­vel at the dra­mat­ic cliffs, explore labyrinthine caves like Altın­beşik, or trek through val­leys carved by mil­len­nia of nat­ur­al forces.
